About
Kendra
I believe healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
With more than a decade of experience supporting adults from diverse backgrounds, I especially enjoy helping clients navigate sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I’m often a good fit for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or in the middle of a difficult transition and are looking for practical tools, steady support, and lasting strategies that align with their goals.
My approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based care. Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, thoughtful, and encouraging, and I strive to create a space where you can be authentic, feel supported, and grow with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and finding opportunities to recharge in nature. Whether I'm hiking, traveling, trying a new local eatery, or curling up with a good book, I appreciate the small moments that help me stay grounded and connected. Through these experiences I remind myself of the importance of balance, self-care, and making space for learning and growth in my life - values I encourage my clients to consider for their own lives as well.
