About
Kelsey
Hi, I'm Kelsey! My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel genuinely supported and understood. I believe you already possess incredible inner strength. Together, we will harness that resilience to lighten the weight of whatever feels overwhelming right now. We will work collaboratively to clear away those heavy obstacles so you can confidently move toward the life goals you deserve.
My life is centered around simple joys and meaningful connection. I cherish every moment spent with my family, and I love nothing more than unwinding at home in my favorite spot on the couch with a good book or a puzzle. Sundays are my favorite time to reset, finding peace and inspiration at church as I prepare for the week ahead.
