About
Kelly
I’m here to encourage, support, and gently challenge you to clear out the things that are robbing you of your daily joy. You already have unique strengths, and you are the ultimate expert on yourself—my job is to help you unlock the right tools and strategies that fit your life. Together, we’ll use our therapeutic partnership to get you back to feeling present, grounded, and excited about life again.
When I'm not supporting clients, I'm usually recharging my own batteries with a good movie night, family time, or deep laughs with friends. I truly believe that wellness doesn't always have to be serious. For me, dancing, laughing, and embracing a little silliness are essential, non-negotiable ways to shake off stress and stay grounded
