About
Kelly
Hi my name is Kelly! I view therapy as a space where you allow me to come into your life to discover/celebrate your strengths while we work together to address the areas of struggle that motivated you to seek help. As a therapist I am motivated to help clients achieve their goals through open, honest (sometimes difficult) conversations. Therapy doesn't just happen during 1 session per week.As you work on using strategies to achieve your goals we will review and adjust as needed. My goal is that each person I work with feels empowered to use the tools and insights gained during our time in therapy sessions well after therapy has ended, to live the best quality of life.Hi, I'm Kelly! I view therapy as a collaborative space where you invite me to celebrate your strengths while we work together to address the challenges that brought you here.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals through open, honest, and sometimes difficult conversations. Therapy extends beyond our weekly sessions; as you put new strategies into practice, we will continuously review and adjust our approach to best support your progress.
Ultimately, my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to live your best quality of life long after our sessions have ended.
In my personal time, I love spending quality time with my boyfriend, whether we are running everyday errands or going out on date nights. I am an active member of my church community, which has provided wonderful support during challenging seasons, though I recognize that everyone's experience with faith communities is unique. Additionally, I am passionate about advocating for equality and justice across all minority groups, with a personal affinity for supporting individuals living with disabilities and chronic conditions.
