About
Kelly
I approach my work with a deep respect for the courage it takes to begin and remain actively participating in the therapeutic journey. I am guided by the belief that the foundation of healing is my strong commitment to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Therapy with me is a collaborative conversation with the understanding that the client is the expert in their life. I view my role as walking alongside clients as they navigate healing, self discovery, and meaningful change.
Outside of my professional work I look forward to cozy time at home with my family and our cats, whether it's playing video games, cooking, or watching movies. I do love being outdoors and exploring new places, they are my side quests to balance being a homebody! As a way to embrace activities that I find restorative and inspiring, I find joy in reading fiction and non-fiction, mostly all the music for the vibes, and creative expression.
