About
Kelly
Welcome. My team and clients often describe me as kind, compassionate, and a steady presence. I try to bring warmth, curiosity, creativity, humor, and authenticity into every space. I create an environment of collaboration where personal exploration is encouraged as I reflect patterns and help make connections with what you bring into sessions. The experience and insight I bring plant seeds for growth with clients; take what you need and nourish it then leave what doesn't serve you. I am here for YOU, willing to hold hard conversations and discuss any issues with acceptance. I am calm, allowing clients to feel grounded after speaking with me. I see the human side of struggles and strengthen others to embrace the natural messiness of life with skills and self-compassion. With me you will grow/stretch as I gently challenge you to think about things differently, navigate stages of change, and find ways to make tough moments lighter.
I spend my time with my elementary age son and husband. I am Southern California homegrown and transplanted my family Oregon in Fall 2024. I am a pet lover; your fur babies are always welcome to join session. I have a cuddly calico cat Athena and playful blue heeler dog Gaia who make occasional appearances. I am dancer at my core. I grew up dancing and when I find the stiffness of life weighing on me, I try to move my body. Whenever the opportunity allows, which is not as often as I'd like with work/family/life, I will be dancing at home, with friends, or at a dance studio. I enjoy writing using a journal and finding ways to express myself. I also like reading dark thrillers or shows (I enjoy the justice at the end of these intense stories). I am passionate about chosen family and put intention to creating support systems for myself and others.
