About
Kelly
Hi, I'm Kelly. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and supported, so my primary goal is to build a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can show up as your authentic self. I view our work as a true partnership. You are the expert on your own life, so you set the pace and choose what we focus on each session. Whether you want to explore long-term patterns or focus on immediate solutions, we will work side-by-side to figure out what healing and progress look like for you.
In my free time, I love staying active, spending time in nature, and getting lost in a good mystery. I also love traveling and hanging out with my nieces whenever I get the chance.
