About
Kelly
Hi, I’m Kelly! I have been working in the helping field since 2007, starting my career as an elementary school teacher before transitioning into therapeutic care across hospital outpatient programs, private offices, and consulting with older adults. I am passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and creating a safe, LGBTQIA+-affirming space for anyone ready to heal, grow, and thrive. Together, we will look at how your early relationships shape who you are today, uncovering the daily patterns that might be keeping you stuck so you can comfortably step into your most authentic self.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting outside to adventure, whether through trail hiking, travel, or playing creatively with my nieces and nephew. One of my favorite personal experiences is reading a good book and then seeing it in film!
