Katrina
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Katrina practices from a client-centered approach, where she hears the needs of each individual and prioritizes how these needs can be met. However, she acknowledges that people often experience client-centered approaches as lacking some direction and structure. Therefore, she blends her empathetic approach with direct insight on observed patterns that are impacting an individual’s functioning. Katrina will often encourage leaning into one’s discomfort while in the therapy room in order to process and gain progress. She also values the ability to laugh in session.

In her free time, Katrina enjoys spending time with her dogs, watching reality TV, going to baseball games and spending time in the sun.
