About
Katie
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. We navigate every area of our lives—our relationships, careers, families, and daily problem-solving—through the lens of what we've lived through, often building habits out of necessity. Over time, we may notice that certain ways of coping no longer support our emotional well-being or peace of mind. I offer a direct, gentle, and collaborative space where we take things in the way that feels right for you. Together, we make sense of recurring patterns while making room for your emotions to be safely processed and understood. By bringing clear awareness to your habits, you gain a practical foundation to cultivate a new way of relating to yourself and others—navigating life’s ongoing changes with clarity, emotional ease, and inner calm.
In my downtime, I keep active by pairing workouts or daily chores with my favorite podcasts. I especially enjoy reading book recommendations from my children so we can discuss the themes and gather for a family movie night to watch the adaptation. On weekends, my husband and I love reconnecting over brunch at our favorite local spots. To nourish my own growth, I also love carving out time for live, interactive workshops and webinars on topics that inspire me.
