About
Katie
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
When we work together, you can expect an approach that is direct, deeply reflective, and solution-focused. I believe real transformation happens by focusing on the here-and-now—what is happening in your life today, in this very moment.
While our ultimate goal is to move you forward, we will gently look back just enough to understand how you got here. Together, we’ll help you recognize the old patterns and behaviors that might be rooted in your past experiences. But we won't just talk about them; we will work on creating corrective emotional experiences right in our sessions. This means creating a safe, supportive space where you can experience new, healthier ways of connecting and processing feelings.
Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to break free from what’s holding you back, so you can create meaningful, lasting change in your present-day life. You don't have to navigate this journey alone—let's take that next step together!
When I’m not working, you can usually find me staying active—whether that’s getting a workout in, tackling chores inside and outside the house, or multitasking with my favorite podcasts playing in the background.
I really love diving into the same books my kids are currently hooked on! It gives us such a great way to connect, have a meaningful discussion about the stories, and then turn it into a family event by watching the movie version together afterward. On the weekends, I look forward to brunching with my husband at our favorite spots for some quality alone time together without the kids. For my own self-care and personal growth, I also love tuning in to live, interactive workshops and webinars whenever I find topics that I find truly interesting.
