Kathryn enjoys working alongside her clients on their journey to form a strong therapeutic bond helping them identify areas of growth and healing. She is warm, humanistic and deeply client-centered meeting each client where they are, while challenging them to grow in ways that feel meaningful and achievable. Adapting each session to client's needs using a myriad of therapeutic tools, goals and pace she ensures that therapy feels supportive, collaborative and empowering.
In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing games, reading, nature and going to museums, theater and some sporting events. She also finds joy playing with her dog, dancing and listening to music.
