About
Kathryn
I enjoy working alongside clients on their journey to form a strong therapeutic bond helping them identify areas of growth and healing. I provide a warm, humanistic and deeply client-centered approach meeting each client where they are, while challenging them to grow in ways that feel meaningful and achievable. Adapting each session to clients' needs using a myriad of therapeutic tools, goals and pace. I ensure that therapy feels supportive, collaborative and empowering.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, playing games, reading, traveling, walking in nature and going to museums, theater, and sporting events. I also find joy playing with my dog Mae, and listening to music.
