Kathleen
Hi, I’m Kathy. Over the last 8 years, I’ve treated a variety of clients with concerns ranging from low mood to complex trauma. I have extensive experience working with clients who have substance use issues, as well as clients who have loved ones with substance use issues .
I approach therapy collaboratively to help clients meet their personal goals and improve their lives. I believe that every client is an expert in their own life. I help clients identify and build on their existing personal strengths in order to facilitate lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening, DIY projects and walking in nature with my dog. I enjoy visiting local museums, and spending time with my family and friends.
