She/her
About
Rin
Rin believes therapy should feel safe and collaborative, especially when navigating the weight of burnout, trauma, depression, or chronic stress. Through a strengths-based lens, she gently guides clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and inner "parts" with compassion. Her work goes past basic self-awareness, helping clients build the inner trust needed to achieve true self-appreciation and acceptance.
In her free time, Rin loves to unwind with art, playing tabletop games, and scouting out new coffee spots. She’s a huge animal lover who appreciates a good nature documentary, and she often finds herself getting pulled down rabbit holes learning about eclectic new topics.
