Katharine
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Kat has a passion for the transformative experience therapy can offer. She believes that if we can build a better and healthier relationship with ourselves from within, anything is possible. She works with clients to help them connect with their inner selves and past experiences in a way that imbues self-compassion, gentleness and care. Her therapeutic approach is informed by a variety of modalities, with an emphasis on internal family systems and attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy to help others work toward a life filled with authentic power and hope.

When Kat isn’t working, she can often be found her riding her longboard, expanding her passion for theatre, playing the guitar or piano, reading comics or sci-fi books, and spending time with her loves ones.
