I view the therapeutic process as a dynamic partnership, where the primary goal is to foster a safe, collaborative environment that encourages deep self-discovery. I am motivated by the belief that every individual possesses an innate capacity for growth, and my role is to act as a supportive guide in uncovering that potential. By focusing on the unique narrative of each person, I take joy in helping clients bridge the gap between their current struggles and their future goals.
Outside of my clinical work, I find balance by leaning into the people and experiences that inspire me. I cherish quality time with my family and embrace the thrill of travel, always looking for new landscapes and cultures to explore. Whether I am immersing myself in a compelling film, a resonant piece of music, or a work of art, I find deep joy in the creative and the spiritual. Above all, I am fueled by the beauty of human connection, valuing the relationships that bring color and meaning to my life.
