Kate is eager to facilitate client growth and progress to improve mental health and quality of life. She uses a combination of therapeutic approaches, including expressive, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy. Kate does not prescribe medications.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys hiking in local mountain areas, walking her pet basset hound, and staying involved in her community.
