About
Kassandra
I enjoy working collaboratively and providing my clients with a validating environment in order to form a strong therapeutic relationship. I support clients by adapting treatment to their personal goals and empowering them in finding their inner voice. I approach clinical work with a strong focus on helping clients reprocess early childhood experiences, more recent trauma experiences, and cultivating a sense of calm in the body. My hope is to help increase self compassion, a sense of autonomy, and self trust.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, singing karaoke, spending time at cafes with loved ones, and salsa dancing.
