Kari is passionate about building rapport with her clients and working collaboratively within the therapeutic relationship. She approaches therapy from a cognitive perspective and encourages her clients to embrace the process of therapy as a unique experience that adds value to their lives. She believes that we often need guidance, support and feedback from a neutral person to achieve wellness in all domains of our lives.
In her spare time, Kari enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She enjoys nature and loves going to the beach.
