About
Kari
I am passionate about building rapport with my clients and working collaboratively within the therapeutic relationship. I approach therapy from a cognitive perspective and encourage my clients to embrace the process of therapy as a unique experience that adds value to their lives. I believe that we often need guidance, support, and feedback from a neutral person to achieve wellness in all domains of our lives.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and my pets. I enjoy nature and love going to the beach.
