About
Karen
Welcome, my name is Karen. Over the past 12 years, I’ve treated a variety of clients with concerns ranging from low self-esteem to complex mental health diagnoses. I believe that the strongest therapeutic outcomes begin with a genuine, authentic connection. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, supportive environment to build rapport and establish trust. My goal is to help you understand the 'why' behind your patterns and teach you the 'how' of changing them so you can show up more effectively in your daily life and relationships. My practice is solution-focused and grounded in proven therapeutic strategies designed to help individuals break free from cycles of high emotional reactivity and unhelpful thinking patterns, gain self-awareness, and improve interpersonal effectiveness. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you and look forward to meeting you soon!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I find joy in pursuing my love for lifelong learning, building meaningful relationships, and appreciating the simple things in life like a great cup of coffee or a walk on the beach.
