About
Kaity
Hi, I'm Kaity! I believe developing a strong therapeutic relationship through empathy is vital for success in the therapy space. I aim to meet clients where they are at in the healing process, and I often use humor as a tool to make therapy feel less intimidating. I use an exploratory mindset paired with a solution focused approach to help clients understand themselves and improve overall quality of life. I specialize in working with mood disorders, personality disorders, and severe mental illness.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going on walks, spending time with my two dogs, painting, drawing, sculpting (really any creative activity), and doing puzzles. I believe it is important to laugh every day! I identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
