About
Kaela
Hi, I’m Kaela! If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life transition, or dealing with depression, I want you to know you don’t have to carry it alone. I work collaboratively with my clients to ensure our sessions are focused entirely on your unique goals. Together, we will work to help you feel unstuck, empowered to face everyday stressors, and equipped with practical tools to feel better each day.
I hold a special passion for supporting women through the perinatal and postpartum periods, helping mothers navigate the profound changes and challenges that come with parenthood
When I’m not in the office, I love spending quality time with my family and my mini goldendoodle. You can usually find us swimming, going on long walks, exploring local restaurants, or unwinding with a good show. On the weekends, I love taking Pilates classes, traveling to different places, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
