About
Julie
Hi I’m Julie! Over the last 11 years, I’ve treated children through adults with overwhelming thoughts, understanding their feelings and individualized coping skills through education of the nervous system and interoception (the language between your mind and body). I believe therapy is most effective in a trusting relationship and open minded perspective; I will ask questions to better understand the underlying roots of your experiences and encourage you to do the same when learning new skills and strategies. Together, we will identify your strengths to achieve your goals. I specialize in working with anxiety, life transitions, ADHD and trauma.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys dancing, cooking and time at the beach with friends and family. She finds joy in laughter, acoustic music and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
