About
Julie
I believe the strongest catalyst for change is a relationship built on empathy and radical honesty. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, walking alongside my clients as they navigate life’s hurdles. By focusing on your innate strengths, I help you build a practical toolkit of skills designed to turn obstacles into opportunities for growth. My goal is simple: to ensure you leave every session with more confidence than you started with.
In my spare time, I love going on adventures with my family, listening to music, or snuggling up with a good book. My favorite place is the beach and I enjoy picnics in the park. As a therapist, I recognize that my worldview is shaped by my lived experience as a white, cisgender woman. I am committed to practicing with deep cultural humility, actively examining my own privileges, and creating a therapeutic space where your unique cultural background, identity, and intersectional experiences are centered, respected, and deeply understood.
