About
Julie
I truly love working collaboratively with clients to co-create a safe, welcoming space where we can gently process emotional blocks and life challenges. I approach my clinical work with a rich blend of lived experience, a background in the arts, and dedicated professional training in Marriage and Family Therapy. My therapeutic philosophy is deeply rooted in empowerment. I am committed to helping you identify and leverage your own innate strengths, while equipping you with practical, sustainable skills that will last a lifetime. Together, we will work not just toward relief, but toward long-term resilience and growth.
Outside of my professional work, I am passionate about creativity, exploration, and connecting with the people I love. In my spare time, you can usually find me spending quality time with my family, caring for my pet dog, or diving into a good book or movie. As a creative outlet, I love working with my hands—whether I am starting a new crafting project or painting with watercolors. I also have a deep love for traveling and exploring new places, always eager to discover new perspectives and experiences.
