About
Julia
I specialize in supporting people who are navigating medical conditions, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I believe progress comes from recognizing your strengths, finding courage and sitting with vulnerability, and celebrating every win. My passion is helping clients adjust to crises, rediscover their identities, appreciate the little moments, and have the best possible quality of life. In our sessions, you can expect an authentic and honest space where we will use both accountability and humor to support your goals.
My practice is informed by personal experience managing chronic pain and navigating the health system. Beyond work, I spend much of my time outdoors biking, hiking, walking, or exploring national parks. I am also an avid reader and always appreciate a good book recommendation.
