Drawing from a diverse array of educational, career and life experience, Julia uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and mind–body approaches to support individuals in a whole-person, strengths-based way, combining insight with action. Julia believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life’s difficulties.
Julia spends her time reading, listening to music and traveling. She enjoys quality time with her family, friends and two children.
