Life is a roller coaster, with ups and downs and curves and loops. I believe everyone has their own path to walk and enjoy walking alongside individuals to reach their highest potential. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and use a person-centered approach tailored to the individual to help them find peace within themselves and joy in their emotions. I am passionate about helping others meet the highest version of themselves and grow into that version. I believe a person is a whole creature - mind, body, and spirit—and that all must be nurtured.
I enjoy sitting outside watching my two fur babies play and cause chaos and havoc. I love solving puzzles, especially jigsaw puzzles. I am a Trekkie, enjoying watching Star Trek in my free time. I am a survivor of domestic violence and a cancer survivor.
