About
Joshua
I provide psychotherapy to help people help themselves. I work to build a strong relationship with you from the first session to the last, because our relationship is 40% of what predicts positive change in therapy. I have an open, honest, humor filled style. I'm easy to talk to, and I'm willing to work on whatever is necessary from one session to the next because the therapy I practice is non linear and flexible. I'm especially effective at treating depression and anxiety, and I have over 2 decades of treating many conditions.
I'm a lifelong musician. I'm a songwriter and I play multiple instruments. I'm on a bowling league. I walk several miles every day. I love exercising and being out in nature camping. I love biking, especially in coastal areas. I love spending time with my family and friends.
