About
Joseph
Hi, I'm Joe. I became a clinical social worker because I enjoy helping people make sense of difficult experiences and discover new ways to move forward. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide an opportunity to step back, gain perspective, and make meaningful changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe the best therapy happens when you feel comfortable being yourself and we work together to understand what's getting in your way. We'll build on your strengths, develop skills that fit your life, and focus on the goals that matter most to you. I don't believe therapy is about fixing people. I believe it's about helping you live with greater confidence, flexibility, and purpose. My hope is that you'll leave therapy with a clearer path forward and the tools to navigate whatever comes next.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, writing and creating music, exploring new ideas, and discovering what life has to offer. By nature, I'm curious and value creativity and lifelong learning, but I also appreciate quiet time to recharge and the balance these interests bring to my life.
