About
Jordan
Hello, I’m Jordan! For the past 12 years, I’ve partnered with clients to address anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship hurdles, life transitions, grief, and the emotional toll of chronic illness. My approach is rooted in warmth, curiosity, humor, and direct honesty about root causes. Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I’ll help you understand your emotions, shift your thinking, communicate with clarity, and transform the behaviors that are no longer serving you.
Outside of my practice, I love spending quality time with my kids, family, and friends. You can often find me reading, bike riding, gardening, cooking, or unwinding with a good movie. Having grown up in a queer household with lesbian parents, I have a deep personal connection to the LGBTQIA+ community. I also love to travel and enjoy practicing my Spanish, which is my second language.
