About
Jonathan
What drew me to therapy was the opportunity to really get to know people—their stories, experiences, and the parts of themselves they may be trying to understand. My military service and scientific work showed me the importance of having space to share stories, particularly in a high-stress environment. I listen closely and offer encouragement, helping you notice strengths you might overlook and consider familiar experiences in a different light. I value having time to think things through together, while also exploring what that understanding could mean for your relationships and everyday life.
I serve as an officer in the Army National Guard, and marathon and triathlon training take up a good part of my free time—there’s usually a run, ride, or swim on the schedule. I also enjoy philosophy, especially questions about perception, knowledge, reality, and consciousness.
