My greatest joy in life is to witness change. One thing I have learned in my work as a therapist is that nothing too painful, challenging, or threatening is beyond the reach of change.
Pain comes in many forms: anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, and addiction to name a few. As a therapist, I aim to serve as a catalyst of change, allowing my clients to move forward into a life of great possibility and peace of mind. In experiencing the healing offered through therapy, we can free ourselves of the struggles of the past and present that hold us down.
The possibility within us to live our best lives is endless.
Outside of my clinical practice, I love spending time on creative activities. Of my primary passions, music is number one. I find great joy in the emotional, intellectual, and interpersonal components of music, be it writing, recording, or performing. In addition to this I love to laugh, try new restaurants, and backpack. Nature is certainly my happy place!
