About
John Michael
In my clinical work, I strive to build a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. Taking a relational approach, I help clients understand how past connections have shaped them and how they can deepen their connection to their own emotions. Because no two individuals are alike, I view therapy as a dynamic, flexible process tailored to you. I am often a great fit for clients who are struggling with challenges related to ADHD and Autism, people who have experienced complex trauma, LGBTQIA+ folks, and individuals who are going through life transitions.
Outside of work, I enjoy catching live music, performing improv comedy, playing tabletop role-playing games like D&D, and spending time with my family and cats. As a nonbinary and neurodivergent therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals embrace exactly who they are, fostering the confidence to advocate for their unique needs, hopes, and authentic selves.
