About
John
Hi, I'm John! With over 15 years of experience, I support adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and identity-related concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other effective interventions—to help you identify patterns that keep you stuck, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring extensive experience in providing affirming, culturally responsive care to LGBTQ+ individuals. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to live in alignment with their values. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy exploring San Diego, watching documentaries, and attending live theater.
