About
Jocelyn
Hi there! I’m Jocelyn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and for over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate life’s messiest, most complex emotional chapters. Because let’s be honest, life doesn’t come with a manual, and sometimes we all need a little help figuring out the plot twists. My journey has taken me into some incredibly diverse spaces. Whether I’m working with community mental health clients, military families, or hospital patients, I meet people exactly where they are. ¡Y sí, también hablo español! Being bilingual allows me to connect with clients across different cultures, which is something I deeply value. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy. Instead, I look at the whole picture. I like to blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Therapy, and Narrative techniques to help you tackle everything from trauma, depression, and anxiety to ADHD and early childhood experiences. Think of our sessions as a safe, collaborative, and judgment free zone. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, rewrite the stories that no longer serve you, and build practical strategies for real growth and healing. You don't have to figure it all out alone, I'm ready when you are!
When I’m off the clock, you can usually find me with my nose in a good book, hunting for new music (bonus points if it’s a live show), or unironically decompressing with some silly reality TV. Yes, I am absolutely watching Love Island right now.
