Jocelyn's therapeutic approach is holistic, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Therapy, and Narrative techniques to address trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and early childhood experiences. She is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore their emotions and develop strategies for growth and healing.
