About
Jill
As a Holistically and Clinically trained therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to support them in identifying and aligning with their authentic and best Self. In addition to the clinical framework as a foundation, I see the therapeutic process through a holistic lens that includes the client's relational, emotional and embodied experiences that make them who they are in the present circumstance that brings them to therapy. I offer a compassionate, warm, and creative approach. I would work with my clients collaboratively to plan treatment focus and offer compassionate curiosity to support my clients in identifying and processing their unique journey toward well-being.
In my spare time, I enjoy getting together with friends and family, listening to music, doing something creative or spending time with my dog, Skye. Whenever possible, I take day trips (aka California Appreciation Days) to natural places, such as the beach or forest, usually with a picnic.
