About
Jill
Jill believes everyone needs someone to talk with now and then. When facing life’s challenges, it helps to have someone that makes you feel safe, heard and supported to help you navigate those challenges. She is passionate about helping you live your best life, whether that means improving your self-esteem, learning to manage symptoms of anxiety or depression, or working through past trauma. She will explore your concerns from a person-centered, humanistic approach, focusing on the whole person. You deserve to be happy and fulfilled, and the two of you will work together to get you there.
In her spare time, Jill enjoys spending time enjoying nature, especially tending to flower gardens. She finds joy in music, reading and spending time with her husband.
