As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, Jessie specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can truly be their authentic selves. She believes in fostering an environment where growth and self-discovery flourish, acting as her clients' biggest cheerleader as they navigate life's challenges. Her approach is solution-focused, drawing upon evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She also incorporates a healthy dose of humor into sessions, believing that laughter can be a powerful tool for connection and healing.

In her free time, Jessie enjoys quality time with her two children, watching and attending sporting events, going to concerts, and spending time with friends.
