Jessica has a true passion for helping others and guiding her clients in finding their inner strength to overcome struggles. She approaches therapy in an active and collaborative way to help individuals meet their personal goals and improve their lives. She brings honesty, vulnerability, compassion and humor to the therapeutic relationship, creating a space for safe disclosure. She believes our past experiences can have an impact on our present lives, so she uses a therapeutic approach to assist you with healing and becoming the best version of yourself and learning to become present and mindful. She is motivated to help people bring more of their authentic selves to their relationships, careers and passions.
In her spare time she, enjoys spending quality time with her family, being active outside, watching her favorite shows and cooking. She enjoys dancing and playing with her daughter.
