About
Jessica
Hi there, I am Jessica I emphasize working with clients by forming a strong therapeutic alliance emphasizes forming a therapeutic alliance with my clients to build empathy and create a nonjudgmental therapy environment, even when the meeting space is virtual. I strive to emphasize each client's individual strengths and increase coping strategies to aid in overcoming struggles such as anxiety. I am passionate about working with clients who have experienced emotional abuse and the impact that can have on relationships with others. I have a passion for working with clients within the LGBTQIA+ community as I hope to be a strong ally if they are seeking to explore gender and sexuality or how their identity comes up in other areas of life.
In my spare time I find joy in visiting beach cities in California to enjoy the sunsets and cooler weather or explore any local spiritual/healing center. I also enjoy tending to my various home plants and spending time with my pet.
