About
Jessica
Hi there! I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to meet and support you, and I hope you feel that warmth in our sessions together. My priority is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can let your guard down and show up as your most authentic self—flaws, strengths, and everything in between. I use a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) interventions to gently explore the different 'parts' of who you are, as well as the emotional patterns that show up in your life. Together, we will work on giving you the tools to securely connect with yourself and the people who matter most. Ultimately, my aim is for you to leave the session feeling understood, more self-aware, and more assured in your relationships—both with others and within yourself.
Whenever possible, I head outdoors to connect with nature—I love standard outdoor activities, but watching local wildlife is a personal favorite. Outside of nature, I love to travel, volunteer within my community, listen to live and recorded music, practice yoga, and try new foods with friends and family.
