About
Jessica
Hi there! I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to meet and support you, and I hope you feel that warmth in our sessions. My priority is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can let your guard down and show up as your most authentic self.
I approach therapy by helping you explore the different parts of who you are, as well as the emotional patterns that shape your life. Together, we will work on giving you the tools to securely connect with yourself and the people who matter most. My hope is for you to leave each session feeling understood, more self-aware, and confident in your relationships.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and watching local wildlife. Beyond nature, I love to travel, volunteer in my community, listen to live music, practice yoga, and try new foods with friends and family.
