About
Jessica
I'm Jessica, a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most delicate and overwhelming moments. Grounded in a warm, client-centered approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, major life changes, low self-esteem, work-related stressors, postpartum struggles, grief, caregiver stress, academic/school stressors or the emotional toll of a medical condition like diabetes, cancer, or end-stage renal disease. With two decades of dedicated service, I'm committed to helping my clients cultivate resilience, restore balance, and process difficult emotions at their own pace.
When I am not working alongside clients, you can usually find me recharging and enjoying the things that bring balance to my own life. I am a devoted wife and mom who loves spending quality time with my family—whether we are out for a quiet walk, playing with our one-year-old cat, or relaxing with a gripping psychological thriller (I love a good plot twist!). I find deep grounding in my faith, my cultural roots as a first-generation (Peruvian-American) Latina, and staying connected with close friends. For me, self-care and authentic connection are a daily practice, and I bring that same warmth, curiosity, and respect for life's complexities into my clinical work.
