About
Jessica
Jessica enjoys partnering with clients to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where they feel safe, heard, and understood. She is motivated by helping individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety and life stressors, and reconnect with their inner strengths. Her clinical style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness while remaining culturally responsive and client-centered. Jessica values creating a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and build practical tools for lasting change.
Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her children and family, especially supporting her kids in their sports and school activities. She loves watching football and baseball, staying active by going to the gym and walking her dogs, and caring for her garden filled with flowers, succulents, and cacti. She also enjoys traveling, particularly to beach destinations, and relaxing at home with her four rescue dogs.
