About
Jessica
Hello, I'm Jessica! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years experience in my field. I have worked with several different populations, including individuals with PTSD, co-occurring conditions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I would describe my therapeutic style as warm, direct, conversational, and eclectic. I encourage clients to "come as you are, not who you think you should be" as I do my best to assist and support clients in finding their authentic selves.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 6 year old daughter and dancing like nobody’s watching! I find joy in music, reading, my spiritual practices, and hanging out with my family and friends, who keep me laughing!
