About
Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica (Jess)! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide dedicated clinical support, specializing in neurodivergent populations—specifically individuals navigating Autism and/or ADHD. As a mother and wife to an AuDHD child and husband who is also a therapist, I personally and professionally understand the highs and lows of navigating neurodivergence. My therapeutic approach is deeply grounded in clarity and authenticity—I believe in being direct and transparent with my clients while always maintaining a foundation of deep compassion and safety.
Therapy can be challenging, but it doesn't always have to be rigid. I love incorporating humor into my sessions to break down barriers, reduce stigma, and keep our work grounded in the real world. Whether we are building practical strategies for executive functioning or exploring deeper relational patterns, my goal is to provide an inclusive, warm, and engaging space where you can show up exactly as you are.
In my spare time and also as self-care, I enjoy watching "trash" TV, spending time with my family, playing and having dance parties with my son, being out in nature, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and listening to live music.
