About
Jessica
Hi, I'm Jessica and I believe therapy is most effective when my clients feel heard and supported. My approach is client centered, drawing from Interpersonal Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression and helping clients through life transitions, such as parenthood, divorce and grief and loss.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my adult children, exploring the outdoors and listening to audiobooks! I'm an animal lover, with 3 dogs of my own!
