About
Jennifer
Hello, I'm Jennifer! Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to reach out for support. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, supportive space where you can explore your experience, process past trauma, and work through challenges that may be affecting your life today. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop tools healthier patterns, and work toward greater confidence, healing and emotional well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and watching my kids perform in their school band. I love decorating and hosting holiday gatherings, traveling, listening to music, and relaxing with a good show or murder mystery.
