About
Jennifer
Hi and welcome!
I truly love moving alongside clients on their journey toward healing, self-improvement, and growth. For me, genuine human connection is the absolute heart of the therapeutic process. Curiosity and connection drive everything I do—I find so much joy in meeting people from all walks of life, learning about new perspectives, and getting to move alongside you towards your future self.
In the therapy room, just like in my personal life, I deeply value authenticity and genuineness. But compassion is only half the equation—life has also taught me the invaluable skill of setting and holding boundaries needed to make your needs and wants a reality. I bring both to my practice: a caring, empathetic heart paired with a firm, grounded presence that ensures you feel fully supported, safe, and guided through your work.
My ultimate goal is to create a space where you feel truly met right where you are—encouraging deep self-acceptance, personal empowerment, and a genuine appreciation for your ability, body, and mind.
First and foremost, I am a mom. My kids are my world, and I’m constantly scheming up new ways to get them to spend time with me—no matter how old they get! A true Pacific Northwest lover at heart, I try to get outdoors and move as much as possible. My primary goal right now is simple: to actively live and love life by soaking up every moment with the people I hold dear.
As an empath and lifelong people lover, I have a hard time turning that off—which serves me well both in life and in the therapy room. But don't mistake my warmth for softness!
