About
Jennifer
Jenna's therapeutic approach is rooted in Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Jenna believes that individuals are best understood within the context of their relationships, life experiences, and the systems in which they live. Together, Jenna explore patterns that may be contributing to current challenges while building practical skills to navigate thoughts, emotions, and behaviors more effectively. Jenna strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and align their actions with their values. Jenna's goal is to help clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.
In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending quality time with her children and her two siberian huskies and cat. She enjoys game nights, trail walks, spending time in nature, music, and writing.
