About
Jennifer
Hi, I’m Jennifer! What motivates me most as a therapist is witnessing clients heal emotional wounds, overcome challenges, and create meaningful changes in their lives. I believe each person has an inner sense of what they want and need, and my role is to help them identify and overcome the barriers that may be preventing them from moving toward their goals. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and safe to explore their experiences openly. I approach each client with curiosity, openness, and respect, recognizing that every person’s journey is unique. Together, we work to build on existing strengths, increase self-awareness, and develop strategies that align with the client’s values and treatment goals.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, reading, and discovering new places on weekend adventures. One of my personal goals is to visit all 50 states! I also enjoy dancing and appreciate how music can bring people together and foster connection. I am a proud Latina and the daughter of immigrant parents. My family’s experiences have taught me the importance of culture, resilience, and community, as well as the role they play in shaping who we are.
